(Core Matters) Danielle joined Ryan Englin on the Titans of the Trades podcast , a show for blue-collar business leaders, for a conversation aimed at contractors who want to build an in-house technician training academy from the ground up. 

 This feature covers the Top Tech Academy at Peterman Brothers, the internal HVAC and plumbing trade school Danielle co-founded and ran, a five-month accelerated program combining classroom instruction, hands-on lab work, and field ride-outs that has graduated hundreds of new technicians.
