We believe in transparent pricing and that is why after your initial consultation meeting you will receive a total project price for your custom training services. We don't leave you guessing how many hours a project will take, only to be surprised when your invoice is higher than your quote!
Once you decide to partner with Upskilled Consulting, we will host a key stakeholder introduction meeting in which we will get a better understanding of your goals and hopes for our services. Important data will be collected via in-depth intake sessions from all levels of hierarchy within your business to truly provide you with a satisfactory product.
After gathering an understanding of your current operations, and intervention opportunities have been outlined, we will host a Training Initiative Proposal meeting as we re-align our thoughts and ideas to positively impact your learning and development processes before moving forward to ensure your approval at all important moments.
We will spend the next couple of weeks rigorously developing the detailed content that will make up your selected training initiative(s), providing key updates to your team along the way. Your time is valuable and our mission is to provide a better result than expected, delivered faster than anticipated.
Once the logistics of your training initiatives have been outlined and the behind-the-scenes work is complete, we will prepare a weekly debrief email providing your leadership team with action plans based on real-time data within your training dashboard.
You will have the option to access support the following months from your final leader training in order to collaborate and edit any minor adjustments that arise during the launch and execution phases of your new training programs.

Here is where we are different. We work closely with your leadership team to develop and align training resources to the way your business operates. Then almost like a gift wrapped with a bow, you receive copies of those resources so that your team can implement the trainings in-house. This will depend entirely on the level of involvement your team wants to be in developing your content, but on average most projects take approximately 90-days from intake call to pilot phase.
This is entirely up to you, but we have found the most successful project implementations come from companies that dedicate a project point person. This person (usually a service manager, full-time trainer, or HR manager depending on the project) meets with us virtually for a weekly collaboration call, and will help make the decisions for the many revolving elements of your program.
Some companies want to be thoroughly involved in the design and feel of their training strategies, while others prefer to meet at the beginning and review a finished draft at the end. Whichever option works best for you works for us!
One of our most popular questions! We do not like to put a minimum headcount or revenue marker on our services, but what we have found is that companies of all sizes need onboarding support, while companies that can afford to designate a point person tend to have more success when implementing career paths and/or training academies.
Because our services are truly customized (no more one-size fits all resources!) the cost can vary greatly from one company to another. The average training strategy project with Upskilled Consulting starts around $5,000.
