Once you decide to partner with Upskilled Consulting, we will host a key stakeholder introduction meeting in which we will get a better understanding of your goals and hopes for our services. Important data will be collected via in-depth intake sessions from all levels of hierarchy within your business to truly provide you with a satisfactory product.
After gathering an understanding of your current operations, and intervention opportunities have been outlined, we will host a Training Initiative Proposal meeting as we re-align our thoughts and ideas to positively impact your learning and development processes before moving forward to ensure your approval at all important moments.
We will spend the next couple of weeks rigorously developing the detailed content that will make up your selected training initiative(s), providing key updates to your team along the way. Your time is valuable and our mission is to provide a better result than expected, delivered faster than anticipated.
Once the logistics of your training initiatives have been outlined and the behind-the-scenes work is complete, we will prepare a weekly debrief email providing your leadership team with action plans based on real-time data within your training dashboard.
You will have the option to access support the following months from your final leader training in order to collaborate and edit any minor adjustments that arise during the launch and execution phases of your new training programs.
